Dr. Gwen travels far and wide introducing her many intuitive skills to groups through Tarot, Intuitive, Palmistry, Angel or Tea Leaves' readings. Scheduling An Intuitive Party or Healing Session
Dr. Gwen has been on the road in Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York and even South and North Carolina doing Psychic Parties for over 30 years now. With a minimum of 9 clients (or a larger group depending on distance traveled), parties can be arranged, usually a month in advance. Parties may be centered around birthdays, anniversaries, store-openings, showers or for a multitude of other reasons. There is a fee advantage to receiving an intuitive, palm, tarot or tea-leaves session in a group setting and, your reading is always taped for you. You can even arrange a group from a long distance and set up a block of phone readings for a reduced price!
Group parties must be guaranteed by the hostess in charge by asking for a non-refundable deposit before the party which goes towards the cost of each persons’ reading on the day of the party. Healing Sessions
Dr. Gwen is a respected Reiki Master and ceremonial Master of Healing. Her work with cleansing auras and releasing old negativity, fear and blockages is known to every student she has ever been tutored in her Master’s Classes. She regards herself as a facilitator of healing and utilizes intention, aromatherapy, flame, sound, as well as totems of the Earth as instruments of healing. Crystals, wands of power, herbal water and elixirs of spirit are often brought forward to produce healing results.

The Earth-event we call Lammas or Lughnasadh belongs to all civilizations and has existed throughout the fabric of mankind for ages. To bring ones' fields and labor to harvest, is to also set up an opportunity of thankfulness to the very Source of Power who guides us. While there are myths in every culture that empower us throughout all phases of seeding, tending and harvesting, there need not be a reminder that a ceremony of gratitude is both pleasing and binding to the gods and deities within and around us. At this time of Mother Earth's Cycle, we remind ourselves how lucky we are to be alive and aligned with Nature herself. This special day is a time of giving back for all gifts and seeds received. It is a day to remember we are one with the Mother/Father God; both daughters and sons of the Earth, Herself. Let us come together in affirmation, ritual, the sharing of the first harvest and be grateful for what we have been given.
The festival of Lammas occurs between midnight on August first and midnight on the second. It is a time in the Northern Hemisphere on Earth where the Sun is high in the sky, the grass is green and flowers are in full bloom. It is also a time when corn and other crops are being gathered in what is called the "first harvest." In the evening, now, frogs and crickets keep us company. It is here, in the fullness of Earth's bounty, when so many rituals dedicated to the givers' of life, our Earth, Sun and Moon, begin.......
Lammas is a time for the powerful gods of the grain harvests to be feted. They are in the prime of their power, being at times generous in their bounty, sometimes chaotic, and always aware with a bittersweet pleasure that their time is waning, as it always does, and they will die, as they always do, and yet nevertheless they will return for another powerful summer next year. This is the promise of the turning Wheel of the Year for us on Earth.
But, while this festival is seen as belonging to a masculine god-figure, Lugh, this festival also has its roots in the story of Lugh and Tailtin. We learn of the god, Lugh's, touching and loving devotion to his foster-mother, the royal Tailtiu, whose fate may be even more intimately woven into this season than his.........
From Kathleen Dupree comes an eloquent essay on the origins of this feast. She includes a little-known and poignant myth of Lugh's foster mother, the daughter of an older race, the Fir Bolg, conquered by the younger Tuatha De Dannan gods of Ireland:
...Lughnasadh is named for Lugh, the Celtic deity who presides over the arts and sciences. According to Celtic legend, Lugh decreed that a commemorative feast be held each year at the beginning of the harvest season to honor his foster mother, Tailtiu. Tailtiu was the royal Lady of the Fir Bolg. After the defeat of her people by the Tuatha De Dannan, she was obliged by them to clear a vast forest for the purpose of planting grain. She died of exhaustion in the attempt. The legend states that she was buried beneath a great mound named for her, at the spot where the first feast of Lughnasadh was held in Ireland, the hill of Tailte. At this gathering were held games and contests of skill as well as a great feast made up of the first fruits of the summer harvest....
...As years passed, traditions surrounding the feast at Tailte began to solidify into events and ceremonial activities designed to celebrate not only Tailtiu and the bounty of the harvest that her original sacrifice provided but also to honor the work and sacrifice of human beings as they strove to provide sustenance for their families and community....
...With the coming of Christianity to the Celtic lands, the old festival of Lughnasadh took on Christian symbolism. Loaves of bread were baked from the first of the harvested grain and placed on the church altar on the first Sunday of August. In English speaking countries, August 1st is Lammas Day (loaf-mass day), the festival of the first wheat harvest of the year. On this day it was customary to bring to church a loaf made from the new crop. In many parts of England, tenants were bound to present freshly harvested wheat to their landlords on or before the first day of August. In the Anglo-Saxon chronicle, where it is referred to regularly, it is called "the feast of first fruits." Lammas is also a Finnish word and means sheep.
The blessing of new fruits was performed annually in both the Eastern and Western Churches on the first, or the sixth, of August. The Sacramentary of Pope Gregory (d. 604) specifies the sixth.
In medieval times the feast was known as the "Gule of August", but the meaning of "gule" is unknown. Ronald Hutton suggests that it may be an Anglicization of gwyl aust, the Welsh name for August 1 meaning "feast of August", but this is not certain. If so, this points to a pre-Christian origin for Lammas among the Anglo Saxons and a link to the Gaelic festival of Lughnasadh.
In modern Neo-Paganism, the name Lammas is used for one of the sabbats, taking place on August 1. This festival is also known as Lughnasadh. Lammas is one of the Scottish quarter days.
Our festival this year will be celebrated with the customary fruits of our labor (borrowed from the farmers who really do the work!) but, we can also set up an altar dedicated to the four elements, four directions on Earth, the Sun, Moon and all the spirits of Earth who help perfect our every effort to stay in alignment with the Great Father and Mother Nature. This is a ceremonial time, filled with feast, illumination and the thankfulness of our hearts and minds. Think of what you are grateful for in your life this season and be ready to share it with this group that has gathered. We can bring herbs, water, fruit, bread and so much more to our humble celebration. Remember to leave a small offering out of doors for the birds, fairies and animals of the woodland. As we approach an uncertain time in America’s fiscal future, it’s a great time for a reminder about how we are rewarded by the divine energy force we utilize to bring forth good things into our lives. While we must acknowledge our positive and negative creations, we must also be humble before that beginning force - the Alpha and Omega, which supplies us with the wisdom and understanding of how and why we begin manifestation. This is a perfect season for generating multi-dimensional “Thank You’s,” for all the aid we receive on every level of our being. Remember that our Mother-Father God is the perfect parent/husband/wife. We are guaranteed all manner of comfort and sustenance when we abide in the embrace of the eternal and First wisdom. The physical, emotional and intellectual poverty which exists on this planet today indicates our lack of true understanding concerning the inner possibilities we contain and how to properly utilize energy in all its’ forms.
In order to first create abundance in your life, you must see yourself as deserving, without reservations, because you are a child of God. Secondly, you must recognize that the energy of the Mother-Father Creator is in balance and has no negative or positive charge until it is manifested through humanity upon the earth plane. There is no flaw in God’s energy, only in our perception. The very beautiful and popular Wiccan/Celtic greeting, “Blessed Be,” is about knowing who you are in the context of the Living God within you and hoping your invocation will bring that awareness and mutual respect to those you
address. Finally, there must be no gaps between the knowing and the doing. For example, if I create affirmations, write them down but, never invoke them in ceremony or prayer, chances are they will not move quickly to materialize - if they materialize at all. In addition, after I bring forth my affirmations and put them into action, I must fully surrender to God’s timetable of manifestation. My plan simply won’t do. As beings of light, energy and form, we must utilize all the powers at our command to bring forth creation. Abundance is an automatic function of our spiritual natures but, the lesser will of man reigns over most physical, mental and emotional levels of understanding. Hence, the blocker of most unrealized dreams. As with any form of marriage, either between loving couples or separate but whole parts of our selves, we need to devote more time to getting involved with our internal relationships before we act precipitously or, we might find ourselves going over the same lessons, time and time again.
We can utilize a simple guided meditation as a way to get “fired” up inside and make ready to put our goals into affirmation form. Once we create an affirmation asking to realize our full spiritual potential (at any point in life), we will also use an old magi’ trick and program a clear quartz crystal at the same time. The crystal will “hold” the charge or affirmation as we keep it under our pillow or in our pockets and refresh our thinking periodically into remembering our spiritual nature first above all else. Thus, pushing forward our positive affirmations even as we go about our daily business. The purpose of any ceremony or ritual involving several modalities of spirit is to cement our understanding of how the Laws of Abundance and all Laws of God, work. All things on Earth that carry a life-force, also carry the Mind of God. Therefore, if it is a programmed crystal or glass of water holding better health, it will work successfully if we but see the eternal truth that lies behind the surface.
Meditation of Thankfulness and Abundance:
I ask that the full power of God’s white light within me come pouring forth from my heart and surround me with its’ healing, empowering wisdom. May the wisdom of the ages accept my thanks for all the great gifts I received at the beginning of all time and remind me to be “present” at all times, with my gifts. I ask that my Light of God surround the Earth with my thankfulness and affirm my deepest desire that all of the universe knows how lucky I know myself to be and how loved. Please, let me share my light and virtues with all life on Earth out of love and thankfulness for all the advantages I have been given. May the affirmations of my mouth and the actions of my being always remain as Your Will, not mine.
Ceremony:
Now, take the seven, one dollar bills you have in front of you and Write:
Hold each bill in your hand and visualize a golden light emanating from within and around it. When you feel the golden light at full strength, as that the blessings of heaven and all its true abundance be granted to its bearer. Proclaim: May all who touch it receive greater abundance and HOPE.
Look down at the All–Seeing Eye that graces the pyramid on the reverse side of the bill and ask that the golden light be transferred to all who touch the bill.
Visualize the dollar bill changing hands many, many times before it is retired and bless all who touch it.
Distribute the bills, singly, out into the general public as soon as possible. Do not hang on to the bills yourself. Remember, you already have the secret to true abundance and you know if you share it, all your dreams may come true!

I can’t help but think of the millions of children and adults who are suffering deprivation in body and mind even as I sit in the lap of luxury. Being a light-seeker means putting “your show” on the road. The desolation of our political campaigning, fatigue of the land and the fear of terrorism (in all its many forms), must be eliminated from the thought-forms of the light beings in every region on earth or we will not continue to manifest brightly. I also ask God that we be given more of the Christ-Power at this time to bring the world back into a place of hope, compassion and greater unity.
True abundance, generosity and gratefulness speaks the language of God therefore, it will eventually spiral out into every aspect of life on earth. We are a microcosm of the greater whole and are able to see a bigger, brighter picture for everyone. Meditating on thankfulness is a small source of support that offers a great advantage to all of humanity. We have an edge, we light-seekers, and in order to maintain that privilege, we need to exercise and enhance it. Un-Earthing Our Deepest Fears - A Master’s Class Lesson Plan For Life

As tsunamis wash up on our shores and volcanoes spew molten lava high into the skies, we can be certain that Mother Earth is trying to get our undivided attention. Oh yes, geologists will tell you that our Earth is still expanding and contracting and that we should be prepared to expect such outbursts from time to time. But I believe that like ourselves, Earth has to vent when She gets to a breaking point. Unlike the Iranian government official who was quoted as saying to the press last week, “Loose women are the reason for the eruptions,” I think that Earth has to belch, burp or just vomit out some of this rising corruption, pollution, evil deeds and violence so we can all get back down to the business of growth again. Whether She uses water, ice, fire or smoke, She is going to change this domain over time so, let’s all get in the mood for Spring cleaning and lend our generous assistance.
Spring cleaning of the heart and mind can be helpful in taking some of the stress off of all the volatile situations brewing in the outer world and your own backyard. Watching judgments, stopping all gossip, re-cycling and maintaining personal moderation in all that you do might be helpful in curbing the outward chaos in the world. Taking a good long look at your fears and taking the lid off of all personal liabilities that threaten your peace of mind and body is essential. Fear is ungoverned, untamed shadow that grows larger and scarier with every second it is not faced. Acknowledging limitation is not the same thing as accepting it. For instance, not having a position against child abuse because it has not occurred in your familiar circle is reprehensible. To stay in the shadows and not come forward against such evil is wrong...clear and simple. Therefore, we must admit our “sins” and cast them out whenever we stumble upon them, never to fall for our deceit again in order that we cleanse ourselves and the earth we walk upon.
Start planting seeds of harmony, positive health and the renewal of abundance for all of humanity. Acknowledge the whole, not the deviations. Accept teamwork with an open heart and tamp down that ego so your heart can show you the way to Nirvana. There really is no glory in being a hero. That is usually a one-time deal. Be a champion, allowing yourself to be in a unique position of challenging evil and paving a road of light for the righteous to follow. We all know there is no I in team. But, the All-Seeing Eye atop the pyramid on our one dollar bill, simply put is, your vigilant eye and mind; looking for and seeing a better road ahead. After all the pyramid reminds us we were sent to establish Heaven on Earth. Have the courage and the tenacity to open up that Third Eye and remove any “splinters or boulders that offend it.” The mysteries of that particular pyramid have always been right before our eyes. The trinity or 3-sided figure of the pyramid represents the divinity within us but, also the family of man: Father, Mother and Sacred Child, within. It is time to re-establish a new world order of light bearers. Light to block out the senseless fear that battles our hearts of love. When civilizations decay from the inside, all they leave behind are old, dusty monuments filled with the echoes of what-could-have-been!
Visualization for Mind-Body Cleansing
Visualize your heart beating out white light. Instead of just blood running through the entirety of your body and circulation system, a glowing, healing sparkling light is feeding every part of your being. This light is thick like fog and glows like silver! It is gently cool and soothing and heals/cleanses all inflamed body parts or emotions.
Imagine you are the ethereal healer within your own body and smooth white light over those aching lungs, hurt knees or decaying backs. Once you have successfully filled all the nooks and crannies within the body-mind with healing light, extend all negativity or toxicity out through the walls of the physical self into the aura surrounding you. Keep mining for gold inside and out as this time of change will bring forth tomorrow’s treasures. Keep your fears at bay by gently shooing them away every day with gentle vigilance and fortitude. Nobody ever said fear would disappear forever from our lives - only that we would transcend its unsettling energy by remaining one with love, illumination and wisdom. Like great jewels from the Earth, we all sparkle in a most magnificent way.
